Rich came to my home to give me an estimate. I told him that my father was a very particular man and always believed that if you were going to do something, do it right or don't do it at all. My biggest fear was the finish work. I asked Rich about his finish work and he told me that I wouldn't find anyone who did better finish work. He was right. Rich is the whole package. I appreciated his skills and the fact that there weren't 50 different sub-contracted people of different trades in and out of my house. I would hire Rich again in a heartbeat.

They were very courteous and timely. They were very neat throughout the project and they did a nice job. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I met Rich Smith through default on a "job gone bad" with an other contractor. (and I use that term loosly in reference to the other guy) Rich came in and did my electric job all in one day. I had a dishwasher by the end of the day and new electric service to boot. He had brought along a helper who did the plumbing while he worked on the electric. The plumber even pulled and reinstalled a toilet that wasn't on the job description. We were very pleased with the work that Rich did for us. He is pleasant and fun to talk to. He is down to earth and we believe him to be fair and honest in his prices. I later had him come back to install a door for my future deck. He is willing to do small jobs or parts of jobs that you might not be totally ready to do from start to finish. For example: installing the patio door without the deck. He was willing to wait for the deck to be done when we have the funds to do it rather than making us wait to have the door installed with the deck. I can't say enough good things about Rich.
