They did a great job. They were fast, completed everything, and no complaints. He was a very pleasant person. He was wonderful. I thought it was quite inexpensive for the work he did.

He brings his own drop cloths, takes his shoes off and is very neat and clean. He does an absolutely great job and the windows are so clean, you could walk through them. I have used him for many years and have never had any problems and he has always been professional and very reasonable in price.

I called for for quick service and I got it. They came the next day and did a great job!

The experience was excellent. The job turned out great and I loved him. He was great. He climbed wherever he need to climb and just made sure that he did every single window in the house. The windows were done well and I thought that the price was very fair. He called pretty quickly and he was honest about the fact that he couldn't come for about two weeks. He came earlier than scheduled.

When we called them to come back the following year, their rersponse to a dozen phone calls was one short message left on our answering machine. When we called back several more times. They did not return our calls. We had to use another window cleaning company. Perhaps they feel they under or over charged us. However, the courtesy of an answer to our calls would have been nice.

Arrived on time and I asked if he could start in my bedrooms so I could put my cats in after he was finished so I wouldn't have to worry about them getting out of the house. It was no problem to Bill. He worked clean fast and was very pleasant and professional. My windows now sparkle I'm so happy I found Bill on Angie's list.

Billy did an excellent job. He booked with me far in advance (I'm a planner so I like that!), came on time, did a great job. Oh, also, Billy is very nice and a pleasure to work with. If you are debating on whether to get your windows washed - just do it. It makes a big difference.
