Excellent. We were having problems with our boiler (including Christmas Day and New Year's) and they have always responded quickly and got us up and running immediately. They came back on several occasions to determine what was causing the problem and did determine the cause and all is well. The entire staff is professional, courteous and very nice to deal with. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We've been with Romanelli and Son for several years and are VERY happy. We can budget our payments with the payment plan, and they are prompt when we have an issue. This Christmas eve, we had a tragic death in the family. I was also 8 months pregnant, ill with pneumonia, and my son was just a year old. The heat went out. I called and a very kind woman had someone at our house within 10 minutes. You can't put a price on service like that.

They came within a half hour of my wife’s call, they solved the problem, and then they were gone. I have been using them for many years and they know what they are doing. They are very responsible and reliable. Since fuel oil is critical these days, they have a very fair customer contract that keeps the price consistent and without spikes.

THEIR WORKMEN ARE VERY PROMPT AND POLITE. WHEN I HAVE HAD TO CALL THEM DURING WINTER MONTHS THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE WITHIN AN HOUR OR TWO.
