Quick Fix Appliance Repair

I had a crack on the inner door panel of my refrigerator. I called to see if this was replaceable. I was asked to take pictures of the part, model number, etc. and send them, which I did. Then I was told they had to send a repairman to take a look. $115 service call, which could be applied to any repair made. Repairman looked at the part, took the same pics I took, and said they would have to check on the part. Took all of five minutes. Called two days later to tell me the part was no longer available. Thanks.

Paul was able to identify the problem quickly and was very detailed on all the work that was needed to fix multiple issues. He needed to order a part, which came in a few days and called me promptly to make another appointment to install the part and finish de-ice the freezer. I haven't had to hire any other large appliance repair men in the area, but from what I could tell, the price was very reasonable. Will hire again if need and I do recommend him.

Paul responded to the contract quickly. Called me for appointment and showed up on time. Analyzed the issue and ordered parts. He returned in two days and completely fixed the issue. He was professional, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend him for appliance work and would gladly use him again.

Did a great job on the dishwasher - no parts were needed. We decided not to repair aan 8 year old washing machine.

I contacted the company on 5/7/16 via e-mail explaining my problem.  Within hours, I received a response from the company asking if they could come out on 5/9/16. 

The Technician arrived promptly at noon as they stated.  He was very well versed with my model and took the machine apart to clean it.  He showed me where all of the lint was built up and then proceeded to thoroughly clean and remove all of the lint that was trapped in  the machine.  This took some time because there was so much lint.

The Technician was very polite, thorough and completely professional.

All in all, it was well worth the $80 fee, which I feel was extremely reasonable, to know that my clothing will now be able to be washed without worrying about them ending up with lint all over them.

I will definitely call them again if I experience any other problems with my appliances.
