Premier Transport

Premier was a complete disaster. They arrived at my home on July 21st to replace a faulty refrigerator that was installed by a different delivery company in April. While installing the unit, they didn't put any protective covering on the floor and proceeded to leave deep gauges in the hardwood floors as they had trouble setting the unit and had to move it back and forth numerous times. Two, the door was reading an error message as it wasn't completely closing. They left without fixing it and told me to call a repair company even though they were certified installers and repairmen. Third, they failed to install a securing bracket underneath the refrigerator leaving the massive unit as a tipping hazard. And finally, while installing the unit they dislodged the connection between the water line to the refrigerator and the water pipe in the wall. This created a slow water leak behind the refrigerator which didn't become visable until 6 days later when water started coming up from the hardwood floors. This water leak caused damage to the kitchen cabinets, wall and hardwood floors. Total repairs cost over $25,000. Premier has refused to reimburse me and denied all responsibility. Their insurance company has also denied my claim. If you need items moved, don't think of using Premier. If you are purchasing Wolf/Sub Zero products, don't let these guys anywhere near your appliances or your home. Insist that Wolf/Sub Zero uses another hauling company.
