They are very, very good about honoring the quality of their merchandise. We have had repairs, and they have come promptly to pick them up, repair them, for no charge. (2005)

The only thing I was not pleased with was the fact that it took like 4 months to get here. You will pay and wait but it is well worth the wait. There was nothing wrong with it. The sofa was in excellent condition when it finally arrived. When I went to purchase it, they were not too pushy at all. The guy that we had worked with wanted to see our floor plan and he helped us decide what would look good.

I LIKE THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICE. I DO NOT LIKE THE PRICE, THOUGH IT IS WORTH THE PRICE, OR I WOULDN'T HAVE DONE IT. THEY GOT TO KNOW ME. THEY KNEW MY LIKES AND MY DISLIKES. WHEN I HAD A PROBLEM THEY RESPONDED ASAP. THAT'S WHY THEY WERE WORTH THE MONEY.
