NEVER PAY IN FULL BEFORE JOB IS COMPLETED! NEVER CAME BACK TO COMPLETE JOB ,NEVER RETURNED OUR PHONE CALLS. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN A WELL KNOW COMPANY!

Rec'd an estimate in April.
Called another company for a second estimate they gave me the same price.
I went with Joe. these were large trees my husband called me at work to let me know they were there he called within a half and said they were working on the second tree he said they worked so fast. About 5 years ago we had 3 other trees removed in the front of our property ( we went with another company) he said there was a lot of noise when those came down. He said these guys worked so fast and also said none of the cuts were thrown down. By the time I arrived home approx. 3:30 they were pretty much finished. It was extremely hot out. They ground the stumps and removed all clippings. we did have to call them back one of the larger trees had more roots and we wanted them ground up. They came ground up more of the stump which was a huge tree to begin with removed more grindings and didn't charge anything extra.
My only regret is we have no shade now but my concern was with the safety of my house after sandy and seeing all the trees in my neighborhood down.
