I have to tell the world about the amazing experiences that I've had in working with Robert Sands and his amazing company, Flag Enterprises and the incredible people who work with/for him. I met Bobby years ago through a mutual friend and am so grateful to have done so. I owe him tremendously and am forever grateful for what he did for me and my family a few years ago. Short version of a VERY long story: We had a leak with water damage and mold in our home right after we had renovated it. It caused us to have no heat (in the dead of winter) and no kitchen, all with 4 small children. Initially we had a public adjuster who messed up our claim and almost cost us a ton of money as the insurance company initially denied it and was giving us a hard time. Bobby got involved personally and was able to get the insurance company to not only realize that they made a huge mistake, but also to reverse their decision, send out a new adjuster and cover the claim! He literally saved us over $100k! We thank God for him, his help and guidance though a very difficult time. Well once again, I have to give a HUGE shot out to Bobby and his company. I recently had a very elderly client, who was bed ridden and had a pre-existing issue with serious water damage, mold and mildew in her garage. She was trying to obtain a reverse mortgage and this was posing as a major obstacle for her. I called Bobby and he immediately sent out his amazing team to help me and the client. They assessed the situation and remedied it within a few days, removing the damage, the mold and the mildew completely. They put in air purifiers, drying fans etc. The client didn't have the funds to pay for it, but that didn't stop or delay Bobby. He did the job and said he was not only happy to help her but that he didn't even want to invoice her, it was completely on him. They did the whole job and didn't charge her a penny or collect from insurance. Thanks to his generosity and his team, my client was able to close quickly and obtain the funds that she so desperately needed to pay for her caregivers. Another amazing example of the kind of guy he is and the company he runs. I cannot say enough good things about him and can never repay him for what he has done for me and my family! Thank you Bobby!

Gary and Tommy were very friendly and knowledgeable. It turns out that our mold problem is minor at this point and they gave us excellent, cost-effective advice for some DIY solutions as well as gave recommendations for a dehumidifier and how it might need to be installed. They did not recommend unnecessary services, which they could have easily done. It did not feel like they were out to make an extra buck, but simply to help if they could. Much appreciated! And we will call them again if we need them in the future.

I have told people that from the moment they were hired, they came, they saw, they did what they had to do and FINISHED! Tom was fantastic! I highly recommend them!

I contacted Flag regarding mold on my terrace floor, Gary responded immediately and was extremely helpful in setting up day/time to inspect floor. Both Tom and Gary were honest and forthcoming on how I should remove the mold. I HIGHLY recommend this Company.

Thought I had mold in my attic, but after flag checked the premises, they informed me that it was dirt and dust not mold. Appreciate their honesty and paid nominally for their 45 min service. Would hire them in future if needed
