Came on 10/26 to install entry and storm door installed. His worker Bob put pine boards to high above the sill plate so cold air was entering between door and storm. Anthony came back on Friday to tear out door and pine boards and redo. Bob also ruined the brickmold which I had to drive Anthony to lumber yard to get a new one. After work was completed, I noticed deadbolt and door key holes were not the same. Anthony proceeded to tell me over phone to fix myself. Also deadbolt doesn't work, it hits the door frame as well as the door knob strike plate was not centered, so latch doesn't always go in strike plate hole. He told me he warranties his work and would return. That was 2 weeks ago. After contacting him he said he doesn't warranty parts he didn't purchase which is a ridiculous reply as it's not the parts thats the problem. I would never recommend him to anyone. Apparently once he's done with the job, any problems are the homeowners.

House was 203K purchase. The Service Provider was very punctual. Got right down to work. Observed a few deficiencies that I did not see until pointed out. Works very clean and did not leave a mess (my wife was very happy). Definitely recommend this contractor.

WORKING WITH THE OWNER ANTHONY WAS SUCH A PLEASURE, HE NOT ONLY WAS ON SCHEDULE BUT ALSO ON POINT AS FAR AS MY BUDGET WAS CONCERNED.  WHEN DOING HOME IMPROVEMENTS LIKE ANYTHING ELSE YOU START AT ONE PRICE POINT BUT AT THE END ITS USUALLY MORE - I PERSONALLY WAS WORRIED ABOUT GOING OVER BUDGET BUT WORKING WITH ANTHONY THAT NEVER HAPPENED.  I WAS ABLE TO GET ALL THE UPGRADES I REALLY WANTED WITH STAYING UNDER MY PRICE POINT.  THE ROOF WAS ALSO ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE, IN AND OUT AND THE MESS WAS MINIMAL. I LOVE MY NEW KITCHEN AND ENJOY COOKING IN IT DAILY.  AS FOR THE ROOF WELL I LOVE THAT FACT IT DOESNT LEAK ANYMORE - WORKING IWTH DILIGENT HOME IMPROVEMENT WAS ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS I MADE AND WILL DEFINITELY HIRE AGAIN WHEN NEEDED.
