We have only had one experience with this service provider during which
they were professional and punctual. We had called them to request a
preliminary appraisal of our home, to see if we were to put our house on
the market, how much it might sell for. Over the phone, they had asked
very few questions, making this a very quick and simple transaction. We
arranged for them to come to the house. Two agents arrived promptly as
expected, both polished professionals. They toured the house both inside
and out, chatted for a few minutes, and then provided us with a rough
estimate of how much we might put the house up for on the market, as
well as how much it might ultimately sell for. They had even provided us
with some advice on minor updates we might make to the home, to
increase the likelihood of a fast sale. Overall, we had a very good
experience working with this business. We are currently in the process
of making those updates to our house, and when the time comes to put it
on the market, I think that my husband and I will be quite likely to
call them back to help us with that piece of it.
