I always use them, they are my main mechanics. I’ve been driving Hondas for years and I’ve been going to them for 20 years, 25 years. They’re fair and I never disbelieve what they tell me. They are an “A++”. I can’t remember what they did for me, but whatever it was; it was their usual high-level stuff. Price: They’re fine. I still get a Christmas card from them every year, which is nice. They are one of the reasons that I kept buying Hondas.

Totally satisfied. The job was done when promised, fully corrected the problem and the car is running fine.
We've been using ASAT/The Honda Men for 6 different cars, for close to 10 years, even though the shop is about 15 miles from home. As expected from the name, they only service Honda and Acura vehicles. The waiting room for the shop is small but pleasant and very clean and they have free wi-fi if you're so inclined.
ASAT does dealer-level quality repair at a fair price. We have total confidence in their work and just as important, in their business ethics. Unlike some dealer service, where the recommendation seems questionable; I have total faith that if Jim, Steve or their techs say there's an issue, it really needs to be taken care of. No and quot;snow jobsand quot; or pressure and they don't and quot;talk downand quot; to women customers. The Honda Men are extremely honest in their assessment and explanation of problems and the price to fix them. No one is perfect and in the rare circumstance that there is an issue with a repair, they stand behind their work and correct the problem without issue. In all the years, with all the service we've had done there, that's only happened twice - once when a rebuilt part continued to leak and a 2nd time when an unknowingly faulty oil filter was installed. It's not unusual for them to find and make a minor repair unrelated to the problem the car is at the shop for and not even charge for it.
They monitor ongoing maintenance needs for our family's 4 current Honda vehicles and make sure everything necessary, but only what's necessary, gets done. We have one Accord that is 18 yrs and close to 200,000 miles old that is still going strong thanks to the guys at The Honda Men. And our previous Acura was 14 years old/190K when it was sold to a family member. It's now 18 yrs old and still running at 230,000 mi.

I have been using ASAT for over 15 years to have my Hondas serviced. They are extremely knowledgable and always honest and friendly. Steve and /or Jim always patiently and politely take the time to explain work that needs to be done.Their work is always done efficiently and their prices are much more reasonable than the dealer's fees. They will also inform me when any work is still under the dealer's warranty to save me money. Recently, they helped me with obtaining a credit from the dealer on my starter that needed to be replaced just after the mileage expiration of my warranty. They really go out of their way to be helpful. I would highly recommend them in a heartbeat.

The guys at the Asat Corp (formerly the Honda Men) are great. I've gone to them for 10 years and have always been given a great quote. One time, a belt they replaced broke within 2 weeks and they not only fixed it but gave us a credit on our account for future repairs. My brother and sister even travel from out of state to use them.

They only do Hondas and Acuras. They are wonderful! They do excellent work at very reasonable prices. They also tell you when you don't need something. They fix little things without charging you, and they are just fantastic.

I've never had any major work. They change my fluids: radiator, break, steering, oil. Those kind of things. They don't take advantage of you or make you feel stupid. They're honest with their diagnosis. I think the prices are very well.
