1. The floor had full width cracks in it from wall to wall within a few weeks of curing and was never watered subsequent to pouring to help prevent this 2. Concrete was tested by polisher and was not the 4000 psi concrete asked for. It is less than 3000 psi 3. There were chunks of wood in the concrete that needed to be broken out after grinding 4. Concrete splatter was left all over the walls and bathroom 5. There was an existing crumbling concrete ledge by the front door that was not broken down and covered with new concrete. I told them that the floor was getting polished. How is the polisher supposed to polish two different surfaces? 6. There was a mess of dried chunks of concrete left under the baseboards 7. The entire pour was left the roughest I've ever seen and the unevenness of the floor is plainly visible to the naked eye 8. One of my door saddles was covered with concrete and never fixed 9. After the first few grinds we found full depth bubbles in the newly poured concrete penetrating all the way down to the RCA Worst experience in a while. Calls to remedy things were not returned. Stay away.

I was very impressed with them and their intregrity when it came to their work.
