Description of Work: This company is the most unprofessional contractors out there. I fired them middle of the contract. I paid them almost $100K but they never even started the work as per what was on the contract. They demolished the house and then never came back. The owner himself sent me a text message to work for me on the side as they don't have any more jobs. Many home owners are looking for them.

 + 2 moreHORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Little to no integrity. Started off great...Larry helped my with my fire damage claim. When it came time to do the work, though, numerous broken promises time after time. Took over a YEAR to do a simple siding job, AND I HAD TO PAY FOR THE MATERIAL LOL!!! Their crew were OK...management the problem here. I made the dumb mistake of overpaying them and they still owe me money to this day. They complained of cash flow problems...being in commercial construction I understood and tried to work with them, but cannot count how many unanswered phone calls. The only way I could recoup some of the money was to have them actually work off the debt - I had to GIVE THEM MORE WORK to pay it down. Lesson learned...DO NOT PAY YOUR CONTRACTORS UNTIL THEY DO THE WORK. Tomorrow I file claims against them with consumer affairs and small claims court. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.EditDelete
