Once I decided to obtain routine oil service from the company they came out and started up my furnace. The gentleman that came out to start the furnace was very nice and patient with my many questions I had in general about my oil furnace and how much oil I might anticipate on using. I was set up with a plan where they were supposed to come out monthly and check my oil tank. Instead of just checking to see if I needed fuel, it was always topped off with additional oil. At one point I had them check the functionality of the furnace and a very nice employee came by and did a thorough inspection and replaced a minor piece to see if it would help with the efficiency. Unfortunately, I had such large bills that I had to switch to a gas furnace. There was no real gauge of how much oil i would burn even keeping the house at 62 degrees! The business was certainly professional and thorough, but there was a lack of knowledge as to what to anticipate with an oil furnace and what the costs may be. I needed a reliable method to heat my home.

They are very customer-oriented. They keep in touch with you and you don't even have to keep in touch with them.

They are very prompt and you can call on the weekends if you have problems; they fix them right away. We have a 3,000 acre farm so they are involved in propane for our dryers to dry corn. They also heat all of our homes with oil heat and I have an air conditioner with them too.
