Structural Engineering
He did an onsite inspection using a list of possible concerns I had compiled. He appeared to be professional and knowledgeable , especially of masonry issues. He took photos of each problem area, gave an initial oral evaluation, and answered questions I asked. He later sent a written report detailing his findings and possible solutions. The most important aspect of the service was a face-to-face meeting to review the report to explain problems and discuss possible solutions. The only criticism is that I would have preferred to have paid half the fee after the investigation and the remaining half after the meeting to discuss the report findings, rather
than the whole fee after the initial investigation. Other than that I found the service quite helpful.
