I'm in real estate so basically what he does is, I sell apartments in my building in and around the neighbourhood and outside the city. Jobs like replacing the tub and remodel the bathroom, re-grout the tubs and walls. They have done it at least for three apartments, and I use them every single time. I recommend them to my clients prior to their moving in. In fact they make it spick and span. The job is risky sometimes, when they wash the Windows, specially of a 43 story building, where they literally swing out without any protection, in other words they are not latched to anything and they clean the window from the outside; it  is gutwrenching. They do a risky but quality work. Pricing per major window, they charges $ 16 per window as against $ 17 in the market, This pricing is reasonable.
