Description of Work: I am a property manager for a realestate management Company in Manhattan, We have a coop building which is located at 96th street between 5th avenue and madison. We have some old iron windows in the building which needed to be restored. There are multiple windows which contained broken wireglass. We had contacted many contractors to disassemble these windows and replace the wire glass. Many of them refused to work on these windows due to the condition of the framing. And others wanted very high prices just to work on them. I happened to go online and I saw an add for Exquisite Glass Inc. I spoke with a rep from the company, and they decided to stop by the property to see the windows. They explained what was involved with these windows. And they went ahead and gave us a comfortable price compared to previous bidders. So we agreed to the price. and we went ahead with them. As we viewed their work progress, we were impressed with how professional and dedicated they were to their craft. And they cleaned up everyday. They finished the job in much less time then we expected. I am glad that I hired this company
