Description of Work: During the below 0 degree temps we had in Feb, 2015 the downstairs heating froze up. My heating pipes started to pop/break. It took three days of calling various plumbers and oil suppliers. ERTS was the first to get back to me and they came to my rescue the same day. In talking to others who had similar issues at that time, I found the rate was about average for the repairs that had to be done. I was very happy with the work and the people were very efficient and put me at ease right away.
