 + 0 moreCarl works through each phase of a job until it is finished and the owner is satisfied; costs are reasonable (time and materials), and he's honest; a bit loose about start dates, but that's because he's busy and in demand. He's not speedy but, better yet, he's very thorough, meticulous and enjoyable to work with.
Description of Work: removal of existing house-piers; leveling and installation of new piers. completed gables and soffits (left undone by previous roofer); minor roof repair; installation of ice guards; replacement and installation of new windows (4) and doors (3)
