Carl works through each phase of a job until it is finished and the owner is satisfied; costs are reasonable (time and materials), and he's honest; a bit loose about start dates, but that's because he's busy and in demand. He's not speedy but, better yet, he's very thorough, meticulous and enjoyable to work with.
