From choosing which products I liked which included bamboo and hardwood flooring in the showroom to installation, the job was amazing. Catskill Custom Floors is a Mom and Pop business. You know the salespeople. They are the owners of the business. They do the installation. I felt very comfortable knowing that these are my neighbors who will be there for the long term and not some outsourced company that I may not find again.
