Quality Plumbing & Sewer Cleaning

I called Quality Plumbers and was please with their service and recommendations. In a Professional manner the problem was discern and within 40 minutes our seal was replaced, toilet straighten and reattached, water level set, handled reposition and bathroom cleaned. Russell and his son were personal, helpful and I will (when needed) will call them again. I highly, highly recommend them for your plumbing and sewer needs. Thank you.

Russell came out promptly to provide an estimate. We knew it would be a guess because the wall needed to be opened to see whether or how the plumbing could be installed. We weren't sure what was behind the wall. I received a high level estimate. Work started soon after. It was quickly determined that this would be a bit harder because there was no room between the walls as had been hoped. Russell and team did a great job building an alternate solution. The type of vanity we had made it a more difficult design because it had drawers in the way of where the plumbing would ideally go. Nonetheless, Russell came up with a very nice solution, quickly got everything installed and working and left everything clean. We are very happy with the work and would use his services again.

The owner of the company arrived as scheduled, which was much appreciated as it was on my day off from work.   He determined that the valve could be repaired and he did not need to replace it.  He was done in less than an hour.  I will be using this company for any future plumbing needs!

I generally try to fix minor plumbing issues on my own if I can. However, I don't always have the correct tools and sometimes the problem just requires a professional hand. I've also been reluctant to some degree because hiring a plumber isn't cheap (although I wouldn't say their prices are unfair). In any case, the first time they came out we were very impressed by the service and friendliness of Russell, the owner. The next time we had a plumbing issue we skipped the self service and went with Quality right up front. But the real reason I think so highly of them is one time we had an issue where our garbage disposal was clogged so we couldn't use either sink. As with most services, there's a minimum charge to come out to the house. When I was showing Russell the sink we discovered that the clog had cleared itself. Instead of taking his money and running, Russell asked me if I had any other plumbing issues he could take a look at so I'd at least get my minimum charge's worth. I'm a customer for life now.

It went very well. What a refreshing experience to have an honest contractor!!

We noticed a growing water stain on our garage ceiling that seemed to come from our master bathroom. I contacted Quality Plumbing based on the positive reviews on Angie's list. Russell (owner) came out and gave us an estimate to repair both upstairs toilets (all new hardware, including valves) as well as leveling and reseating both. . The estimate seemed reasonable (based on past experience with plumbers) and Russell seemed sincere and honest, so we did not get any additional estimates (which is why I rated Price as N/A in the survey). In any case, Russell came out to do the work about a week later (at our request). He was prompt, professional, and friendly. But most of all you could tell that he took great pride in his work. He clearly believed that he was being paid to do a job so he was going to do it well. I could not have asked for more. The experience was fantastic. I will be contacting Russell for any future plumbing needs because I know I'll be happy with the results.

I called Russ who owns Quality Plumbing on December 10, 2012, and told him that the two toilets in my home were running all the time. His business is about 25 miles away, but I called him because his rating on Angie's List was the best. He told me that he was working for another customer in the area on Thursday morning, and could be at my house at 1:00 that day. Russ was nice to talk to on the telephone and was very professional and knowledgeable when he arrived. He replaced the necessary parts for both toilets, and they work better then they ever have. I would have Russ work on my plumbing problems again and would highly recommend him.

Russell Jo is the owner. he is always excellent and prompt. His pricing is very good. I am always satisfied and I never need him to come back.

I had him here and I was very satisfied with his work. He explained everything to me before he put the equipment in the toilet. His work was very efficient and good.

I thought it had a whole it in but it didn't. They gave an estimate on plumbing to be done downstairs and it was a great estimate. They were excellent. and timely.

He explained what he was going to do and showed me the part that needed replaced. He told me to give him a call if I had any questions and when I did he promptly returned my call. He was very nice.
