 + -1 moreDemonstrated the utmost in professionalism and responsiveness to a couple of problems when the subcontractors made some minor errors (painting, flooring). Worked closely with us on selections of paint, countertops, sink and faucet, flooring, doors, and appliance options. Offered helpfull suggestions but allowed us plenty of time and leeway in deciding what we wanted. Coordinated very well between us and the subcontractors, especially for carpet and flooring. Handled all county permits and inspections of key items such as electrical and plumbing. Followed up consistently and ensured that we were happy every step of the way.
Description of Work: Complete build-out of basement, including plumbing for a wet bar, lighting and electrical, ceiling fans, sheetrock and painting, premium flooring and carpet, installation of a mini-fridge, cabinetry, installation of a replacement sump pump and hot water heater, and installation of two inside doors and one external one.
