Responsiveness, Value Westbury did our roof a several months ago so we have had zero issues through winter and spring. WS came highly recommended from a family member who works in construction. We got several quotes from other companies and WS was the lowest, and most professional in the way they provided a detailed paper quote (PDF) of all their work to be performed, also lengthy list recent jobs on the island, and technical information about GAF. They were the only company to provide such detailed written contracts. WS installed a new beautiful Charcoal color GAF roof in a single day, tarps were set up over our home and lawn to catch old roofing material and nails, and they left the place nice and neat afterwards

We had a small but difficult job: to replace a louvered vent damaged from years of wear. It is above the second floor window. Not only was it difficult to get to, replacing it required removal and replacement of siding. Bob of Westbury Siding sent two professionals. They had to do some creative work, as the replacement sat within the house frame; the original vent was on the outside of the house. What a beautiful job they did, and in not much more than an hour. I would call Westbury for any siding work.

No Problems. Work was done professionally per Contract. Some work needed correction, they promptly came back and corrective work was done. I am planning to call them to replace a picture window and an entry door. I would recommend to anyone, who needs similar work....

My wife and I were extremely happy with our experience with Westbury Siding & Windows. Everything was communicated very clearly on what services were being performed, when they would be and how. It covered all the bases and made us feel very comfortable and confident with our decision to move forward with replacing our roof. The crew that completed the work was great, they were friendly, explained everything and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend them and plan on using them when we replace our siding.

We were advised up front what was involved, how long it would take and what was expected. They stayed true to their word and they did not invade our privacy.

They did a great job. They protected the house and plantings, were respectful and worked hard and got the job done on time.

We had a small fire a couple of years ago on top of the deck in the middle of the night. It burnt through the siding and into the house. They picked up the redoing of the siding. They had to put it up the first time, remove it and put it up the second time. On my house in Massapequa, I got them to do siding a few years ago. They are topnotch all the way around. The price, when compared to other companies, was better than fair. They were builders’ contractors before but they have also started doing more retail customers. They are used to getting paid less to do the job because the builder has to mark them up, and so they wind up charging a little bit more than their wholesale price. However, they still wind up being cheaper than retail. I was quite surprised when I gave them the first job because I saved about $1200 compared to the estimates that I received from other companies. It worked out very well for me, and the quality of work was excellent. I was a contractor before, and they were recommended by a reliable source.

They were excellent. If you had any complaints they addressed them. The workers were cordial, friendly and patient.
