He comes once a year in the fall. We have a Tudor and he literally goes up on the roof and cleans the gutters. A Tudor house has a pointy roof. He is polite and nice. We think price wise he is good. He calls and reminds us that we have to make an appointment, which is good. If he cannot come, he will call to let us know. He is very punctual. He cleans up filled up garbage bags and takes them with him.
