SP Construction/Hassan Razak

Hassan Razak did a terrible job in my house. He did not sand and cork the mouldings and did a horrible job painting around the moudings. There was paint on the door hinges and my wood floor as well as the bathroom floor. He did a horrible job on the doors. I can see the paint brush marks on the doors and he didn't paint the top of the doors he installed in my house. He only applied one coat of paint to the doors and it was obvious. He told me he applied two coats of paint which was a lie. I asked him to remove the old shelvings in the closets upstairs in my house and to spackle, sand and paint the walls in each closet. I asked him to install new closet shelvings as well. He did not spackle, sand and paint the closet walls I asked of him. He only applied one coat of paint to the walls in the closets. The closet walls look old inside. He reused old shelvings from the old closet and installed them at the very top of each closet. He did a horrible job installing the closet shelves. The closet shelves were not neatly installed in the closets. The closet shelves were dirty. They did not look new. It was the most horrendous job I have seen. The work done in the closets were very shotty. When I asked Hassan to remove the terrible closet shelves he said he can't do that. When I asked him to come back to fix the terrible work done in the closets he said if I called or texted him again he will block my number and he cursed at me. When I asked for a date so he can come back to fix the work he told me he does not know and he will call me. I still haven't heard from Hassan Razak. I paid in full for all the work he did in my house and I was very professional with him. He charge expensive for his work and I thought I will expect very good work from him. I will never hire Hassan Razak from SP Construction again nor recommend him to anyone. He is not a professional contractor and he does not do good work. Please be careful with this contractor. He does terrible work and he will not come back to fix any bad work. If you are a single woman he will take advantage of you. Please be aware of this contractor do not trust him because he lies a lot.
