Bought a Groupon in January. Had to call 6 times to even get a person to speak to. Couldn't get an appointment until March 21. March 21 comes and they never show up. 3 calls and an email and still no call. Completely unprofessional. Will never let them in my house... Go elsewhere. Don't waste your time.

Excellent team !!!! I called them 1 day before the "Jan-Blizzard 2015", and they came right on time to clean up my driveway, walkway and side walk. They priced the job very reasonably and were plainly perfect in all the stuff they did. Extremely polite folks. These guys are now on my contact list for repeat calls and future referrals.
