"thank you !!!!!!!!"
"since you want to do this through angies list instead of giving me more than 1 day to respond to you, ( just so you know I was upstate with my family, my aunt phyllis had cancer surgery so we were all up there for 3 days just thought I would tell you that).. just like when I texted you for about 2 weeks straight to pay your lumber bill, in which you never did get back to me at all. I had to keep calling the store to see if you paid the bill which took you over a month to pay. I could have put a lien on your house but I didn't, and you give me 1 day to respond, really !!! we worked extremely ho*** ** this job also giving them a 1,000.00 off because after taking the wallpaper off every room in the house had to be skim coated, every room. the price to do that was written down on the estimate clearly. this job was very hard to work on she has a few children and a big dog that were in our way nonstop all day long moving our drop cloths with toys everywhere as her husband sleeps on the couch and the wife was out working all day. my crew had a lot of patients believe me. check this out,, one day my electrician was working in the house and the husband asked him to watch his child for a few, so he went out and came back a hour and a half later, really!!!! yes they did have a few light scratches in the floor and I will tell you why. they decided to have there floors done before we got there ( not too bright). we where installing all new pre-hung doors, and all new molding for the entire house, removing wallpaper, sheetrocking and skim coating. why would you have all your floors redone with all that construction going on? I don't have enough space to write about all your comments but you know I would have come back to take care of this,, but not now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"let me explain the situation regarding this job. when I first drove into this neighborhood ( which has about 10 houses located in a private court ) mostly all of the houses had peeling paint visible all over each house. these houses mainly look all the same and were all built at the same time in this new block that was developed. now who ever painted these house did not use the right materials because they where all peeling. when I spoke to the customer I told him that all the old paint had to be stripped or the wood siding had to be replaced in order for us to guarantee the work against peeling. because if we paint over existing paint that still looks good now in the future if that old paint decides to fail then the paint that we put over it will fail also. so I gave him a price to do the right job and he did not want to pay for that and said just scrape the peeling paint and paint over the rest and do the best you can. we did this job in april of 2014 not 2015. so now 18 months later they decide to right this review, really!!!! it goes to show you when a professional tells you the right way to do the job and will guarantee the work if its done correctly listen to them...."

"the deal we run is for 21 hours of painting work for $1,099.00. that's for 3 men for 1 full day up to 21 hours. that includes prep work or whatever needs to be done. the 1099 deal is for labor only!!! ( how can anyone give a price for any kind of work before hand, not knowing what the materials will cost).. original she wanted 2 bathrooms redone,'' not 1 bathroom'' like she states in her review...in 1 bathroom she wanted us to skim coat all the walls ( that job cannot be fully completed in 1 day ) which requires 6 coats of materials, 2 primer, 2 skim coats and 2 finish coats of paint. then she wanted us to install crown molding in the bathroom.. she wanted all this work done for 1099.00 and for us to supply all the skim coating materials, all paints and primers and all the crown moldings ( really !!!!! ). she then started telling me she got a price for 1,800.00 to do the same work. she said that she called me because the 1099.00 deal was a great price..(trying to scam me ). i told her i would give her a break since she seamed confused with the 1099 deal and i will supply all primers, skim coat materials and crown moldings for 1500.00 in which the job would take a day and 1/2. after being their for over 30 minutes to look at 2 bathrooms, she said she would like to schedule the job for august 22nd and 23rd. now she writes this review ??? obviously who's trying to scam who!!!!!"
It was a low bid. I just wasn't comfortable using them. they were nice, they are professional. I think they are more used to commercial work rather than residential. They were on time and the were polite and professional.
"the precise painting co was never called to give an estimate for this job... they must have us confused with another company .please remove this review, thank you."
