I actually hired MCI Design from a reference off Angieslist. Didn't actually know they were members. I hired MCI to renovate a 1950s bathroom in my house. Mike either performed or subcontracted the demolition, the electrical work, the tile work and the carpentry. I provided the plumber and supplied the fixtures, tile and accessories.
The experience was pleasurable. MCI stuck to the schedule and did a good job in a crappy situation. Old houses are notorious for being out of square. Mike also installed a new window and door to the bathroom. They worked hard and completed all they were contracted to do in 2 weeks. The bathroom looks great. Now if my wife and I could only agree on the color of paint.

we moved to west hempstead this year and decided to finish the basement. I got the estimate from mike, which was fair, and he did the job. he started and finished as planned and it came out great.

He is personable. He takes off his shoes when he enters the house, he does anything. His work is great, he gives ideas before he does it and I appreciate that because they are coming from a professional. I will give him A's.
