I couldn't have been happier with Bill and his crew.  Bill is very detail oriented and a great architect.  I told him what I wanted and he was very accommodating.  He was upfront about costs and what to expect.  His construction manager, Prosper, was always on site and approachable.  The workers came on time and cleaned up after themselves.  Levitstyle made the whole project, which could have been very stressful, a wonderful experience.

They were on time and professional. The foreman was pleasant and all the work was done when he said it would be done. Their prices were fair, and they were easy to work with.

Everything went very well at first. Workers here every day on time, and things were done quickly. They had a payment plan where at the start of each phase, they got a certain percentage of their fee. The more we paid, the worse their services got. Different people showed up each day, not knowing what the previous workers did. Some days nobody showed up. It wound up taking 8 weeks to finish a 3 week job. We had to call them constantly to get things done, especially in the end. Within 6 months of completion: Flooring coming up, molding coming out of walls, countertop separating from cabinet, one cabinet door fell off. These things are bad enough, but our biggest complaint is that the plumbers/electricians messed up our heating system. We HAD three zone heating, and when they completed we had two zones. This has resulted in us having to use more oil to heat the house. This is a problem that will cost us more and more in the years to come, and will not be easy to fix. When I signed with Levitstyle, I was told that they used all their own people, and did not contract out. They were consistent with their carpenter, somewhat with plumber, but there was probably ten different electricians here over the course of job. The main reason I did this work was because of a leaky pipe inside the kitchen wall. Due to the multiple workers and bad communication, they pipe was not fixed. A new wall was put up, and had to be removed after I (luckily!!) asked the plumber if the problem was addressed. Overall, I was very disappointed. I ultimately chose them over others because I wanted to support a local, family owned business. I plan to do an extension in the near future and will definitely NOT use Levitstyle.

"The kitchen remodel contract we signed with the Conaghans/Almady is 25,755, not 40,000 The terms of contract was July 2010 start and August 2010 end, which is for original scope of work, not including change orders the owner approved. We started the job in July and ended our contract work 4 weeks later and additional work added an extra week. The owner paid for each phase of work as it was completed, and approved by the customer up to and including final payment in early September of 2010 upon review of the work with our field supervisor as is our custom. We keep a daily picture and schedule for every job for every day we are on that job. Our own crew is fully aware of what the scope of work is. We had one, not ten, electricians on the job. There are no call logs of complaints from the customer during the scope of work. If as the owner states there is a problem with the work within 6 months, this is the first we are hearing of it and the owner is fully aware that all our work is guaranteed for one full year after completion, as per the contract they signed with us, as all our contracts clearly state. We sent our electrician to the owners house well after job was completed for a breaker. They found a faulty existing thermostat and we sent the customer a quote for $225 to replace their thermostat , and rewire existing circulator on the boiler. There was no further dialogue with the customer as they did not hire us for the electrical repair we quoted them for. None of the allegations made by the owner regarding our crew, scope or quality of work are true, otherwise how do you explain our good standing in the Levittown community and ability to continue to run a successful business in this small town while other companies are falling by the wayside. Our good standing speaks for itself and it is very dissapointing and unfortunate that for whatever reason this particular customer has written false statements on a public website with no other intent than to attempt to damage the solid reputation of our company. We stand by our work and have been loyal to our Levittown customers for 15 years."

The owner, Bill, was very involved. He showed up numerous times to check on the progress and made sure the work was top notch. His foreman showed up every day to oversee the contruction and the workman were extemely good. Any of our questions or concerns were immediately addressed. Area was cleaned every day and dust level was kept to a minimum.

We now have an elegant new 16' entry with galss and sliding french doors from the backyard. Everyone did what was expected and more. Company is very professional, organized and workmanship was excellant. We would recommend this company for any remodeling project.
