"The member has been using my service since 2007 and there had never been a problem before. She called my office on 6/22/11 and was charged a $95 service call to drain down the boiler and shut off the feed valve and electric to stop the leak. She told me she would clean out the water and call her plumber. She was not charged "just to come" we provided service by stopping the leak. On 6/27/11 she called my office and was told there would be an additional service call charge and a charge for any parts that would be needed to repair the leak. It would have been difficult to work in an area that had 2 feet of water in it and may have been a safety issue for my service man to be standing in water and working with electricity. I have been in business 27 years and do my best to satisfy my customers."
