I think they are great and have a big selection. I would recommend them. They have good pricing.

I dropped the computer off on the 8 th of March for spyware removal as well as a memory upgrade. The "Agent" took all info and suggested that they perform a complete scan / removal of virus's as well as a memory upgrade. The estimate of $350.00 was very steep but I was assured it would be running like a new machine when I got it back. It was promised for a 4 day turn around (to run virus removal and memory upgrade). I was given a phone number to call for updates as well as a web site to check the status. The Rep stated that it would most likely be ready sooner. After 2 days I checked the website for the status only to find it was checked in and awaiting repairs. I called and waited at least 15 minutes while the phone rang but no one picked it up. I called the store direct and was switched back to the "Squad" and told that it was still running removal scans and to check the web site for the status. This went each day. Never a status update. Calls that were never answered. Calls to the main line leaving messages that were never returned. Finally on Friday I got an "Agent" who said it will probably be ready tomorrow. Returned to the store on Saturday to wait on a huge line while watching many "Agents" in the back room standing around chatting while the counter people (2) booted up each new computer for service and went through the "We should install / fix / replace" speech for each possible repair. After 30 minutes. My "Agent" retrieved my laptop and gave me the paperwork to sign. When I asked what was done, what was found / removed he just shrugged saying "They didn't say". When I got it home I noticed that my email settings no longer existed, I Tunes now give me a strange "Can't get along with your spy blocker software" error. and the boot and load time, while better, still suck for a "Like new machine". Unfortunately, I can't give it up for 4 days at a shot to have it sit running vapor ware while all calls and status's are ignored. It is running better but not $350.00 worth of better

A previous repairman from another company had spent two hours with the computer a few months ago updating virus programs and cleaning it up. The following week the Internet was doing the same thing with pop ups and very slow. We called the Geek Squad from Best Buy and he showed my son how to go onto the Internet completely opposite of the other technician. It is now working fast the way windows XP is supposed to. He was professional and knew right off what to do.

I WAS HAPPY THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO GET DOWN TO THE PROBLEM & FIX EVERYTHING THAT NEEDED FIXED. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME & THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. THE HARD DRIVE IS WORKING FINE NOW.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HOW QUICKLY THEY WORKED AND COMPLETED THE JOB. I FELT THE PRICE WAS GREAT AND THEY ARE VERY CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE VERY SMART AND KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEIR DOING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
