Well,
basically we stayed in touch via texting and phone calls.
he actually gets back to you, which is a good thing.
right now it's too early to work the lawn since it's late spring and too late to do any renovations. Will wait til fall.

They were very good and outstanding with their service. However, it is just a little hard to get in touch with them. I can get most of the lawn service and they even give extra service without a cost like cutting down few shrubs at the house.

Everything went fine. They were responsive, competitively priced and did excellent work.

The process went very fast and professional. The team came early in the morning and began raking, blowing and collectng the leaves and other debris. Following this, the team began triming all the edges of the lawn, followed by a complete mowing. They then dug up all the wood chips from the trees that were cut down after the hurricane. They then filled in the holes with top soil, followed by planting new grass seed. Finally, they cleaned up all grass clippings and dirt left on the sidewalks and street...they left the property with a very clean appearance.

They have been very good and prompt. I did not get the bill yet because they have been very good with me in every thing so I just felt they could do it. I normally just do not let them go ahead with their work. Since I've had them for many years, this was unlike others. The owners have always been good. I did have one problem while edging the lawn. They broke a front window, but emerald was very forthcoming. He came forward and replaced my window. They are always here on time. I like having lawn service done right before this weekend. They usually do my lawn on Friday. If its rains on a Friday they'll be there early on Saturday morning. They have been always by my side for what I'm looking for. I told them I want my lawn done right prior to the weekend. My house looks great and I have company coming in during the weekend. They have it done before they come. They have a good crew that works hard. They do a good service and are reliable. If it rains during a couple of days during the week, they would be there the very next morning. They would even work in the rain if they had to get your place look good. I've had companies cheaper than them, but they are pretty close. They are careful about my plants and other stuff; I give them a good rating for quality. Their responsiveness is very good. I have recommended them to other people; when the other people called, they were right there to give them an estimate. They were there when they told them they would. They did not make me look bad in front of my friends. They are usually always there when they say but they might be late if there is heavy rain. I don't blame them as it is a tough job and it's not their fault. Their professionalism is good and I will continue to use them. If something goes wrong, I will go to them.
