Rich is a horrible person!!! no one called me to let me know when my install was. I called them to find out and Rich (the owner) cursed at me using the F- Bomb repeatedly! If anyone believes as a customer being screamed at and cursed at using such profanity than by all means go to Jays. But this is not the first time the unprofessional mannerism has happened by a Jays staff, now I understand why. When the owner thinks its ok to F- someone out because they would like to know when a delivery is going to be made. why shouldnt the staff also be less than average

GOOD UNTIL TJE OWNER BECAME BELLIGERENT HOURS AFTER THE SALE WHEN I ASKED FOR ADVICE AND HAD TO RETURN ITEM BECAUSE MY ELECTRIC WOULD NOT SUPPORT 1 OF THE ITEMS. NO FAULT OF THE OWNERS, BUT HE KEPT FEELING ACCUSED FOR SOME REASON AND KEPT SAYING HE WOULD NOT TAKE THE ITEM BACK I JUST PURCHASED HOURS PRIOR! I LIKE THE STORE AND ITS OWNWER AS WELL SO ILL GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE. WE ALL HAVE BAD DAYS.

There were manufacturing warranty. The installers were really good. I was impressed. I was happy. He was exactly on time. It was very good. They came on an Sunday.

I needed a new dryer ASAP.  We went to Jay's purchased the dryer, and they delivered and installed it 2 days later.  They cleaned up completely and hauled away my old dryer.

As happy as I was with the installation, I am twice as disappointed with their service. The wall unit is leaking water inside the house and making a mess of the wall. Who is going to repair this wall? Why can't they get someone to fix it -- this is the summer! Don't they have enough employees???

Installed air conditioner in wall. They did not clean up the mess afterwards. When I requested that they send me extra receipts for the rebates a man named Rich told me to go to the stationery store to make copies. Terrible post sale customer service. 

My family has been dealing with Jay's since before I was born.  When I bought my home 2 years ago, although I moved about 30 minutes from Jays, I still rely on them for all my appliance and television needs.  They never try to sell you something you do not need or want, and do not pressure you into anything in the least.  In fact, they almost push you away from buying if they sense you feel uncomfortable or are not ready to spend the money.  I've dealt with "Bulldog" twice in the past year and half, first to purchase 2 plasma TV's, and again this week to purchase kitchen appliances destroyed by Sandy.  You definitely know you're dealing with a seasoned sales professional when you speak to him, but something about him feels honest and comfortable.  I feel their prices are always competitive and they have a great selection on the floor.  From my description, Bulldog knew exactly when I was looking for, pointed me in the right direction and all the appliances were picked out within minutes.  I am awaiting delivery and installation this coming Monday and I am expecting nothing less than the best!

After a bad experience and cancelled order with a large retailer, we went to Jay's, which is where we should have gone first.  With our toddler and infant in tow, we were so happy that our salesperson Andy made the experience fast and easy.  He immediately showed us two machines (he knew exactly what we needed without much input) and gave us a great price on the one we wanted.  Delivery was quick and the company was friendly and professional.  We HIGHLY recommend Jay's (and Andy!)

Wanted a New Air conditioner & wanted it installed thru the wall.Went to Jays in Levittown....met a really nice & knowledgeable salesman named Gary...he helped me pick out a great unit....& 2 days later the installers were here.Charlie & his partner were in & out in about 50 minutes. They did a great job ! J channels on the outside & molding on the inside....& the sealed it with caulk. Tight as a drum & it looks great !   Thank You Jays..& keep up the good work ! C Doyle

This was a terrible job. They did a poor job with the installation and the air conditioning is noisy, which is ironic since we purchased one called The Quiet Master. We have called and we cannot get him to finish. We will not use this company in the future.

Jay's is a great place to buy appliances. In a word, they are just excellent. They know appliances and they charge the going rates. They are at an easy location and the customer service representatives have always proven to be helpful and friendly. They are approachable and they do know the appliances they are selling which makes me feel good as a customer.

Jay's is an excellent appliance store. The people who work there are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. They brought my dishwasher out very promptly and I got a good price on it. Our experience with this company was fine in every respect.

WE HAVE BEEN IN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ABOUT FOUR YEARS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS PROVIDED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY.

WELL, I THINK THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY'D DO & I'VE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY A/C. BEST OF ALL THERE WERE NO SURPRISES. THE DIAGNOSIS WAS RIGHT & THEY CHARGED WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
