MASTER CARE RESTORATION CO

We hired Master Care on December 16, 2011.  The owner, Bryan Colton, assured us that the house would be restored to the same condition as it was before the fire and that we would be able to move back in in four months which was sometime in April, 2012.  We finally  moved back seven months later on July 1, 2012.  It was a real hardship for us because we had to stay in motels and apartments and store most of our possessions in storage facilities.  Everything was half done.  We had to do much of the work ourselves and had to hire other contractors to finish the job that Master Care refused to finish.  Even though the job was not done, Mr. Colton presented us with an inflated bill and refused to finish the job unless we paid extra.  When we told him that he needed to complete the job he was hired to do before final payment was made he lost his temper and started yelling and threatened to put a lien on our property.  During the construction period the crew disappeared for long periods of time and did not work on weekends or holidays.  Master Cares slogan is  "LET MASTER CARES EXPERIENCE RESTORE YOUR PEACE OF MIND".  It should be DESTROY YOUR PEACE OF MIND.  Our overall experience was a complete nightmare and, needless to say, we would never hire them again and would never recommend them to anyone else.
