CROCKER'S ACE HARDWARE

Crocker's came out the same day I called and checked it out, and came back the next day to replace it less than 24 hrs from my initial call. They were pleasant, professional, and worked my water heater in between other appointments they already had in order to get my hot water back on. Total cost is for the initial service call, cost of water heater, and other supplies, installation, removal of old tank, tax and everything.

We purchased a gas fireplace insert from Crocker's, and Dan, their installer, did the installation work. The $400 price was for the installation, not for the insert. Dan and his helper arrived on time, set up in the garage (since it was a cold winter day), and laid down drop cloths from the garage to the basement and to the fireplace to protect the floors and carpets. I was working from home all day, mostly on the phone, and except for the shop vacuum running as they were cleaning up the soot and creosote that fell from the old chimney liner, the project was quiet and ran smoothly. It was a clean, professional, and friendly installation.
