Everyone was very helpful.  The gentlemen who helps with design choices was very nice. 

I was a little short on floor tile, but that may have not been their fault.  I ordered more and everything worked out fine.

The sales staff at Top Tile were fantastic. They advised us of what we would need for the job and did not oversell unnecessary product. I would definitely recommend them for your tile or flooring purchases.

They showed up on time and had the floor completely installed in two days. they were neat and after they left you would never have known the were here.

Worked with Anna to select the floor tile for the 3-season room and worked with Deana to select tile and develop layout design used on bathroom walls and floors. Both times they provided sample tiles I could take home and see in place. Deana also helped me select specialty tile for the cut-in cubby created in the shower wall. They were patient and did not rush me to make a decision or push me towards higher priced items. They informed me of the various choices in grouting material, providing advantages and disadvantages of each type. They gave helpful suggestions related to all aspects of both remodeling projects.
Only glitch was miscommunication between the contractor hired to do the bathroom remodel and them. Insufficient tile was ordered for the walls of the bathrooms. Upon notifying them, additional boxes of the same lot of tile were ordered and I picked them up from the shop. They had a record of the lot numbers from the original order so they could ensure the second order was from the same lot.

We were very pleased with the service, price and selection of tile and will use Top Tile again in the future.

They were fine. The price was fine. They did provide me with some information about installation and installers. The quality of the product was excellent. They don't install but they recommend people. The order came in when they said it would.

They had great customer service. They let us take home a lot of tile samples and look at them in our bathroom. We ended up choosing one of the tiles they had at really good prices. They told me to be ready on a Wednesday or Thursday and came in on Friday.

When I walked in, I was a little intimidated by their selection. Most of the tile in the main showroom was above my price range but they also have a large selection upstairs. With the help of their staff, I found the right tile and grout for my bathroom. I also got a soapdish and built-in shelves that match the tile quite well. Towards the end of the remodel we had to order some additional tiles and in all cases, the orders came very quickly (less than a week). I was very happy with Top Tile and would definitely use them again.

They were very helpful and recommended an installer. The installer did a fine job so recommendation was appreciated.

They had a great selection of tiles and their pricing was very competitive. They were very helpful in the design of the shower stall. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

The purchase went well. Because there is so much inventory, it is better to ask right away for help in steering you in the right direction especially if you are on a budget and you save time.

We were impressed with the good comments that they had on Angie's List. They are close to our house. They had a nice selection of tile. It took them a couple of weeks to work us into their schedule. They are able to do large and small jobs. It took them only one day to do the work with a crew of three and we are happy with the results.

THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH, THEY HAVE GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS. THE WORKERS THAT CAME TO MY HOME WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

WHEN WE WENT IN THE STORE THERE WAS NO REAL PRESSURE, WE WERE ABLE TO CASUALLY LOOK AROUND IN THE STORE. ALL OF THE TILE WORK TOOK ABOUT A WEEK TO LAY DOWN.

THE PEOPLE WERE NEAT AND CLEAN. I WATCHED THEM CUT THE TILES. THEY HAD DIFFICULT CUTS TO MAKE AND THEY DID SO WITHOUT CHIPPING. THE PRICE WAS FAIR. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT.

WE USED THEM AT ANOTHER HOUSE AND WE WERE JUST AS PLEASED AS THE TIME BEFORE WHEN WE USED THEM. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY CREATIVE AND HELPFUL. THEY HAD GOOD IDEAS AND SUGGESTIONS.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT, VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY HAD QUALITY MATERIAL AND DID QUALITY CRAFTSMANSHIP. FROM THE TIME WE WALKED IN THE STORE, THE SALESLADY WAS ON TOP OF THINGS, FROM THE ORDERING TO THE INSTALLATION.
