standard openings and closings were fine, but when it got complicated, they didn't want to help. The pool liner is now needing replacement only 3 years later.

They left a piece of debris in between the liner and bottom of the pool. When they removed roots from under the pool they didn't re-smooth over the bottom before putting the liner in. I am not happy with how it looks. I called them regarding this issue and they were not willing to repair the situation.

THEY WERE FAIR AS CONTRACTORS GO. I HAD TO PROMPT THEM A LOT IN ORDER TO HAVE THEM COME BACK. THE RAIN CAUSED THEM TO DELAY THEIR WORK. IT WASN'T A ONE DAY THING, IT TOOK A COUPLE OF WEEKS.
