Called NE around October of 2009, was told he would come and check the situation out. Unfortunately we had an early snowfall which postponed it until spring. In April 2010, I called NE and Scott came over and informed me that the leak stops today. He spent all afternoon at the house and showed me an area that was leaking. After job completed I was given a pictorial review of his work which was quite impressive. I paid and had no problems for most of the summer. That was because we had very little rainfall during the summer. The first heavy rain and the leaking came back. He came over once and did some patchwork which had no effect. I called again in October and he informed me he'd be there the next day. My wife called several times, left messages which were all ignored. We have still not heard from him.
