We worked with Amy LaChapelle from Marion's group. We moved from out of state, which was tricky, but Amy made great use of our initial scouting trip and we found a home on our first search! Amy really pulled out all the stops taking us all over the capital area. Closing took a bit longer due to our complex multifamily multistate move, but Amy was very supportive throughout the process. Marion called to check in regularly as well. Great group to work with overall.

My wife and I were extremely happy with the job that Marion DeSantis and her team did representing us in the sale of our home. I don’t believe that we would have had a good result had we used any other agent. I recommend as highly as possible the realtor Marion DeSantis of Keller Williams realtors. Marion and her team were absolutely excellent throughout the sale of my mother’s house near Albany. My mother is elderly and wished to move out of the house she lived in for over 50 years in order to live closer to her children. We picked Marion after reading many glowing reviews of her and her team on the internet. We were not disappointed!! She was energetic and detail oriented. She gave us great recommendations for workers to help prepare the house for sale (handyman, cleaner), as well as lawyers. Her marketing was fantastic and resulted in several serious offers only a few days after the house was listed. She also handled negotiations with the ultimate buyer expertly and efficiently. All in all, from listing to closing was less than two months, including the holidays and the fact that my mother had moved out of state before her house was listed. The sale of our home went extremely well in spite of the fact that we had moved out of the area and the house was empty. Marion kept us abreast of what needed to be done, (having house cleaned, e.g.), and provided the names of excellent people to perform the service. She went out of her way to check on the house after her vacation, because she knew no one was living there. I commend her for her diligence and honesty.

From the moment I met Marion DeSantis, her experience and knowledge was very apparent. I felt very comfortable with her from the start and liked her style, which was pleasant, clear, direct and open. Marion and Michelle were absolutely wonderful, and without them, we would not have found our home. I believe that choosing Marion DeSantis to sell my home was destined. I was very impressed with her many years of experience and her vast knowledge of my location. Upon meeting with her the first time, I had the utmost confidence that she would make the sale of my home a very successful one. And, I was absolutely right. Prior to selling my house, Marion made valuable suggestions (painting, power washing, etc.) to ensure that my home would show beautifully. Calls were always returned in a timely manner. If I had a question that required a more detailed answer, she would stop by to review my concerns. We are relocating to the area from out-of-state and needed someone who knew the area, and who could handle the logistics of showing us several homes on a tight timeframe in a hot market.
