called on Saturday...was told free estimate...I asked if it cost more on sunday as he was coming then  was told no extra charge for weekends...explained the problem

...needs new lock and handles for French doors to sun room...all was ok....
young man came ...didn`t have the lock I needed...put a hasp on door (still don`t have handle or lock) charged for service call $65.00
2 hours labor @$65.00=$130.00....1 hasp $15.0 0....2 very small master pad locks @$15.00 each=$30.00 and a T lock @$55.00
since it cost me over $318.60...and the door lock is still not fixed as they were not equipped with the parts and it would be an addition al fee of over $300.00 plus labor and service call ..I didn't know what else to do but pay the young man and my door is still a mess ,doesn't close or lock and I have holes in my door and ceiling from the hasp and pad lock....since I am a widow and retired I just didn`t know what else to say...I called back later on that evening and told the person who answered the phone that the door and lock are not what I ordered and why he charged so much for a few padlocks and hasp etc .as he gave me one price on the phone and then told me he never said it...I am steaming ...angry to say the least...I wouldn`t recommend this company to anyone...but the young man who did come out to  do the work was on time and very nice....whoever answered the phone was a real jerk!!!!...I am so sorry that a
 angies list didn`t have locksmiths  ....oh well better luck next time I guess ....now I have to replace the French doors....!!!!

THEY DID WHAT I NEEDED THEM TO DO AND GOT ME BACK ON THE ROAD. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE QUICKER, I HAD TO WAIT ALMOST AN HOUR FOR THEM TO GET THERE. THEY MAYBE SHOULDN'T CHARGE AS MUCH, HE WAS ONLY THERE FOR 10 MINUTES.
