Great, from A to Z. They arrived at 7am and my new roof was installed by 7pm.

They were really good. They have a project coordinator whom is really kind. If you have a problem, they have a recourse. They are sub contractors, if they behave badly, they won't get more work. They've worked really well. When the guy came out to measure for the gutters, he had tremendous experience and made recommendations. They fixed the downspout within two days. Their price was competitive, I was more concerned about the quality of the work, and service first though. They called when they were late and showed up when they said they would. They worked late.

It was a very positive experience except for one thing. The contractor knew from the beginning that I would be needing masonry work on my windows but he never hired anyone to do it. I had to go through a lot to get them to get a mason out to do the work but other than that, it went fine.

It takes about 8-9 weeks to finish everything. They first removed and installed the cabinets, and then we have to wait for 6 weeks for the countertop to arrive. The contractors will come for one hour then leave, then come back for another hour on the next day. Often the installer said he will be back tomorrow but didn't show up. I have to keep calling them. It is very frustrating since we are not able to use the kitchen for very long time and we don t know what will happen next.

The stove was delivered as planned, and I am very happy with it. However, the Home Depot Internet experience leaves a lot to be desired. First, you have to print your invoice immediately or forget it - you can't go back and get it later. Second, the invoice they email you is incomplete, and doesn't include your final cost. Third, they make no effort to help you claim the rebate for free delivery - you have to diligently search their website to find the rebate form. Fourth, you can't file the rebate without the final invoice that they claim they will mail you;it has been 19 days and I haven't seen mine yet, even after calling for another one. And the rebate needs to be filed in 30 days! Fifth, it is hard as hell to contact them. I had to start the order process on line for another stove just to get the order desk phone number.

THE SALES PERSON WHO I GOT THE DOOR FROM GAVE ME THE INFORMATION AND WAS VERY HELPFUL. THAT IS THE ONLY PERSON I HAVE TALKED TO SO FAR. I HAVEN'T HAD ANYTHING NEGATIVE YET. IT IS EARLY IN THE PROCESS, BUT SO FAR I AM SATISFIED.
