We went in for a routine oil change and ended up with an oil leak. We had to go back for numerous visits because they forgot to put in a filter and then a gasket and then they didn't have the part and then they bent our oil pan. The store management was very helpful and even offered to send staff over to clean our driveway and we really appreciated that but they should have double checked the work of the mechanics after they preformed the work. We didn't mind returning once but after 3 different visits were very annoyed.

THEY ARE EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY USUALLY HAVE WHAT I NEED AND THE PRICES ARE COMPETITIVE. THE TIRES ARE EXPENSIVE TO REPLACE. I WOULD GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN.
