They did the job and it really looked very nice.However, a couple of weeks after they completed the job a friend said to me: Did you buy the mulch with grass seed in it? Grass was indeed growing up in the beds EVERYWHERE. The same friend told me my Qickfire hydrangea were not Quickfire but ordinary white hydrangea.
I called to complain and someone came by the house to look at  the problem in a relatively timely manner.  After looking at it he  said : "you have some money coming back because we didn't use all the top soil we thought we would need. We used some of the old soil." 
Wouldn't that be the reason for the weeds growing in everywhere? No comment was made other than I'll come back myself and weed and Ill find out  about the hydrangea. 
That solution seemed so ridiculous ( he was going to come weed every week for ever?) I called the owner. His solution was to send someone over and spray the weeds with Round Up. Of course that is unacceptable. I can't take a chance of poisoning my neighbors yards or my pets or neighbors pets.
Honestly the damage was not fixable short of pulling the entire garden out. I didn't expect them to do that. I expected them to have done a professional job to begin with.
Further no one ever corrected the Hydragea Problem.

They were very helpful in picking out 2 pear trees that were on clearance. Very knowledgeable on how to care for and plant the pear trees. Also helped put them in the car

I was so pleased with the process and the help/advice we received that we bought 8 pine trees, 2 apple trees, 6 blueberry bushes and various other plants. All plants were delivered and they even wheeled the pine trees back to where they'll be planted and gave me good advice about planting them. They delivered all of the plants within a week of when I placed the order and the delivery fee was only $35/truckload. Overall, I was very happy with the service and would shop there again.

We meet at the store with the landscape designer told him what we needed to be done. We scheduled an appt with us to see the sun patterns and find the plants that would add beauty and be functional around our home! A week to 10 days later he came back to our home with his detailed plan. We walked around the property with him and asked questions of his design. We signed a contract and set a date for it to be completed plus a deposit! We were very pleased with the project and would highly recommend them! The installers were prompt, careful and did a great job!

Faddegeons offer a one year warranty on most plants. I returned a Japanese lilac for credit. I purchased a replacement and had it delivered. It was delivered the next day and placed where I requested. I have purchased many items from Faddegeons over the years and have always gotten excellent quality, advice and service.

They delayed there start by about a week, but I understood we had had a lot of rain in the last two weeks. They came with the trees I had ordered and were great about planting them where I showed them. They came with just 4 kinds of perennials (12 in all). The selection did not include a bleeding heart as I had requested, nor different colored foliage. I had discussed wanting to add color to my shady backyard garden - I am aware of the difficulty of doing that with shade and partial shade. We had discussed impatiens (which the chipmunks have eaten in the past) and had decided to try them again. Impatiens were not delivered. I sent back 7 of the perennials, getting a bleeding heart and impatiens the next day. To seed they put down topsoil (did not tamp it, even when I asked if the were going to) put seed on and raked it it. I was told I needed to keep it watered and wet for three weeks because there were different grass seeds that germinated at different times. I did. Much of the area near the driveway and on the yard has sunk down - one to two inches.
I needed a larger job done, the tearing down of my stonewall near my basement and sliding glass doors, digging out a foot built up of dirt and the rebuilding of the stonewall flared so it did not go against the wood framing. I was told they could come that Friday for an estimate. No one came. 6 weeks later I got a call about setting up a time for an estimate. I declined.
I will continue to use Faddegon's to buy trees and have them plant them. I will go and pick my own perennials and annuals and plant then myself. I will not use them for landscaping or stonework.

They are very professional. Their pricing is like a B. They are a little bit expensive, but I get what I pay for with them. Their quality of work would be an A+.

I'm a regular customer of the Greenhouse and store products. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Quality plants have all held up very well! Recommend them highly.

They are a great nursery for landscaping. They did very high quality work. The landscaper came in and actually did a very attractive and professional layout for us. He had a great vision. He was excellent and we were really impressed. We went with what he wanted to do. We were very happy with him. I would definitely use his services in the future too.

We were not happy with them. The people were positive. The bushes have not survived very well and we had them come back a year after and they did change them. We haven't had that great of luck with the things that they planted. They did the last part while we were away and threw it a lot of mums that aren’t that expensive, and not the kind of things that keep coming up year after year. The owner wasn't here; they had sent other people. We didn't think we got our money's worth. The price was high for what we got.

I am very pleased with the planting and erosion control that they did. The ground is deteriorating and the backyard is a cliff. They discussed all of my options with me and were able to slow it down some with the mat. They were very helpful and thorough. I am happy they knew how to slow the problem down and were willing to help me and be suggestive about it.

THEY DID A REALLY BAD JOB. I WOULDN'T USE THEM AGAIN. I DON'T UNDERSTAND IT, THEY'VE BEEN IN THE BUSINESS A REALLY LONG TIME, AND IT'S AS IF THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO PLANT ANYTHING. ONLY ABOUT HALF OF WHAT THEY PLANTED GREW PROPERLY.

WE LIKED THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCT AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. WE ALSO LIKED THEIR RELIABILITY. THE PLANTS ARE GOOD, THEY DON'T DIE. THEY ARE TOP QUALITY FLOWERS THAT COME OUT OF THEIR NURSERY.
