Company estimated 4 to 6 weeks....I finally called them after 6 weeks. Then I waited another 2+ weeks.  Cornices were supposed to be identical but came in different, when the person came to fix the odd ones, my hardwood floor was scratched, he left mud through my house...the "fix" is awful....not even an adjustment for all the times I had to leave work and sit home and wait for their mess up.  I sent pictures of the floor and all I got was "where in relation to the room are these scratches"   Pretty silly....no, I would NEVER let them take my money or come in my house again...they are skipping all the way to the bank...beware..............

I got them from my neighbor. They haven’t finished it yet, but I have been very pleased with working with Lorraine so far. They haven’t done the install yet. We have ordered them, and they have measured. So far, they have been very nice, very professional, and very friendly. The price was what I expected. They were not inexpensive, but it is a very difficult window and we had a lot of problems getting anyone to want to do it. The covering comes with a remote control. The window is really high. I have been pleased so far.
