Had 3 companies come out for quotes. Chuck (the owner) was honest, forth coming, and a really nice guy. He was very clear on what services he provided after the install and how the process would happen. After Matt (the installer...who was also nice and professional) was here, Chuck came back twice to work with our puppy. He's reliable and available to answer any questions you have by phone call or text. He seems to truly enjoy working with animals and wants what's best for you and your pet.

The salesperson was very professional, the installer was very good at his job, the owner missed a couple of appointments to train my dog, but we had nice conversations anyway..
