Description of Work: Wanted a hidden fence installed

Description of Work: They installed a dogwatch fence for me. Matthew installed the system and was very informative. He started me off on the training as well. The owner, Chuck came back for additional training.

Description of Work: I changed companies from Dog Guard, who installed the system I had, to Dog Watch. I was unhappy with the original company (service, professionalism and concerns of the customer). I hired Dog watch to enlarge the area of fence & to train my new puppy & her owner😊. The owner himself came to do the training. He had great knowledge of canines and was extremely patient. The quality of their collars are superior to my previous company & the way the correction works is also better. I'm extremely satisfied!

Description of Work: They showed up promptly to come and look at the yard and made a point of befriending my dog and getting a feel for her personality which he later explained is to help him know how strong he needed to make the shock. The installer came within the week and did a very good job of I installation. Dog was training ed in only two or three sessions. They learn fast what the parameters are. I had a problem with her passing the line within a few weeks. I walked across the line with the collar and did not 're dive a shock. I called Chuck and he came over immediately and deduced that the collar wasn't working. He gave me a brand new collar and I'm still using the same collar. I rarely even turn the fence on because she has been conditioned to stay inside the line. Come summer, she only needs the fence turned on with her collar at the beginning of the season just to refresh her memory. One or two shocks and she's good for the summer. I am very pleased with the service on every level. I never worry about leaving her outside while I'm busy doing yard work. She doesn't even attempt to leave the yard after her reminder shock.

Description of Work: Installed hidden fence, I hadn't talked to him about it, but because of the layout of my house and drifveway, it was necessary for him to use space that the dog can't use, the garden, all of the steps on the deck, etc. If I had realized the space needed to enclose these places, I would have him expand a bit.
