I would say their price was competitive. The particular real estate agent we worked with was just unresponsive and unprofessional. His name is Jeffrey Hotaling. As first time home buyers, we were pretty disappointed with the level of service that we got.

I use Debra Conte. She is very polite. She knows what she's doing. She has sold 3 houses in my neighborhood. She's concerned about her clients and she tries to do what she can to sell their homes. They're multiple realtors too, which is very helpful.
