THEY WERE AVERAGE BECAUSE THEY WEREN'T VERY TIMELY. THEY TOOK A LONG TIME TO FIX IT. THEY WEREN'T ON TOP OF THINGS. THE SERVICE PROVIDERS WERE AVERAGE, THEY WEREN'T VERY EXCEPTIONAL.
