My problem was a blocked underground drain pipe. The plumber failed to unblock the pipe. I purchased a sump pump and a hose, which I didn’t have before. He installed a hose, charged me $480 for it and asked for cash right away, suggesting that he would send me a receipt later. The next day I noticed dripping from the hose and asked him to come and fix it. But he never showed up, ignored my messages and didn't send me a receipt for the payment. The plumber's name is Peter Kisselbrock. Stay away from him. He is ignorant, careless, and unprofessional.

He installed a hose from the sump pump to the sewer line. For that job he charged me $480. The next day I noticed dripping from the hose connection. He never showed up to fix it and didn’t respond to my messages. On top of that I’ve never received the invoice despite multiple reminders. The plumber's name is Peter Kisselbrock. He is irresponsible and careless. Stay away from him.
