Business closed since 5/2021 due to health of owner.

Delivered both units to the shop. Mark had already traded emails with me about issues we were experiencing and the suggestion was to upgrade the OS on both. While he had them he discovered a hard drive fault in the laptop that was not repairable so replaced the hard drive and tested it. He also upgraded several other software products on both units. I had them back the next day in good order. I have been dealing with him for over 20 years and can always rely on his advice and craftsmanship.

They had to order my computer since it wasn't in stock, but they were very good about keeping me informed of the status of my order. Overall, I was very happy.

I BROUGHT THE OLD CD ROM IN, AND THEY REPLACED IT WITH A NEW ONE. IT ONLY TOOK A LITTLE OVER A WEEK, AND THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. THE PRICE WAS GOOD. IT WAS BETTER THAN SOME OF THE OTHER PLACES I LOOKED AT. THEIR PRICING WAS GREAT. I THINK THEY SAVED ME A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS BY GOING TO THEM.

THEY PROVIDED GOOD SERVICE AND WE WOULD GO BACK. THE COMPUTER NOW WORKS FINE. THEY FINISHED THE JOB IN A TIME THAT WAS SATISFACTORY TO US. I AM HAPPY WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T TELL US WE NEEDED A WHOLE NEW COMPUTER, MACS AREN'T CHEAP.
