The service was great. There was minimal moving of the items in the closet. There was no trouble. They were very flexible with the design and there have been no problems with the closets.

The work was fine. They were punctual. The guy who did the work was very conscientious and did the work well. He was respectful and I have nothing bad to say about the service.

I contacted the vendor who dispatched a 'specialist' to my home. She was umprepared and had to call the office to send me brochures that she said she usually carried with her. Pleasant behavior. She measured the space and made suggestions. SHe sent me CAD designs that I was able to comment on and make changes. It was difficult to get answers to pricing questions and I had to be assertive about them. Her responses were inadequate so I had to go to the store, 45 minutes away, where I met the owner/manager. Professional and pleasant. We redesigned the space in the store to better meet my needs. A good job. I purchased the material and installers brought it to my home. It didn't fit the plan. It turned out that the floor-to-ceiling height was 6" shorter than was measured, but the installers didn't tell me this. I discovered it on my own and had to have the installers return. At this point I had to do the designing myself which was not hard at all. When the installer rewturned I had him follow my instructions which he was annoyed about doing and made that very evident. He was a nice guy otherwise and I tried to be pleasant, too. Anyway I insisted and he did it and it worked much to his surprise. My experience: I needed to do all the designing and measuring myself. I could not rely on the staff because they didn't know what they were doing bneyond some learned script. These people did measure twice then ignored it! The worst part: no one from the store ever contacted me to apologize or make some offer of recompence although the errors were so glaring that it had to be well known. I rate them poorly because the design service is what they advertise and what I wanted, and I paid for what I didn't get. My take is that they were embarassed and hoped I'd go away. It's unfortunate because they were otherwise nice people.

IT WAS A GOOD JOB. I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR. IT'S NOT CHEAP BUT THEY DO OFFER A NICE PRODUCT. IT WAS GOOD. WE HAD SOME TROUBLES BUT THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED IT.

THEIR RESPONSE WAS VERY GOOD. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE SOMEWHAT EXPENSIVE BUT IT WAS ALMOST WORTH THE EXTRA PRICE. THE OVERALL QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THEY HAVE A LIST OF THE SEPARATE COMPONENTS I COULD ORDER AND THEN I ORDERED WHAT I WANTED AND THEY FOLLOWED MY LIST.
